About Me
I am a licensed attorney (Texas) practicing in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas area. I have been drafting NFA Trusts since 2012 and since that time have drafted hundreds of trusts for clients all over Texas. Additionally, I work with a number of shooting clubs and firearms-related professionals to provide trusts to their customers, clients and employees. I also provide legal services related to firearms law in general, including state and federal regulations and carry regulations.
My shooting club affiliates include 1911 Academy in McKinney, The Bullet Trap in Plano and the Frisco Gun Club and I also work with a number of FFLs, Class III SOTs and T-07 manufacturers who build custom suppressors and firearms and offer specialized gunsmithing services.
I created this website to better serve my existing clients and to help potential clients understand the basics of how a true NFA Trust operates.
